The G.K. Chesterton Group
Third Tuesday of each Month beginning in
December
The Chesterton Group meets each third Tuesday of the month, beginning
this December, in the Rectory's 'Fancy Meeting Room'.
A typical
evening begins with a prayer followed by each participant offering a G.K.
Chesterton quote (don't worry if you haven't had time find a quote, you
can find some really good one's on the
Quotations page of the
American Chesterton Society). After we finish with the quotes, all
bets are off!
Be
prepared for a lively evening of free flowing conversation ranging over
literature, theology, science, politics and, oh yes, the thoughts and
writings of the Apostle of Common Sense, G.K. Chesterton.
All are welcome to attend. For more info please visit our
webpage.

chaplain since the department was founded 150 years ago. Fire
Chief David Mottor began the ceremony, noting the historical
significance of the appointment and the importance role of the
chaplain as firefighters and emergency responders perform their duties
in the community...
